Meet the Team

Dr. Christina Raphael, LCSW, DMFT, QS, CST
Clinical Social Work/Psychotherapist

Hi, I'm Dr. Christina Raphael, DMFT, LCSW, QS, CST. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, intimacy and sexual health, family dynamics, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and CBT-informed, incorporating a holistic understanding of the connections among emotional, relational, and overall well-being.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether you're working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, navigating relationship challenges, or seeking greater self-understanding, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can occur.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work and Marriage & Family Therapy Interns in the State of Florida and am passionate about mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals.

My goal is to help you build upon your strengths, gain insight into patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop practical tools to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Gidna Delorme, RCSWI
Registered Social Work Intern

With over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and resilience, and I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My background includes work in schools, community mental health, substance use treatment, LGBTQ+ services, dialysis treatment centers, and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, and mindfulness techniques, I help clients develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I understand that every individual's journey is unique, and I am committed to meeting clients where they are while working collaboratively to help them achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives.

Constanza Veliz, RCSWI
Registered Social Work Intern

As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, I am passionate about helping older teens, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. I believe that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can learn new ways to respond, grow through difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical tools to navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and personal growth.

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with intention. I’m especially passionate about helping clients develop self-awareness, reconnect with their values, and recognize their own capacity for growth. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate whatever life brings your way.

Justyna Roznowska, RCSWI
Registered Social Work Intern

As a culturally responsive therapist originally from Poland and now practicing in the United States, I understand the unique challenges that can come with trauma, life transitions, cultural adjustment, and identity. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe to heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, veterans, immigrants, survivors of domestic violence, and those healing from toxic or emotionally abusive relationships.

Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, I help clients recognize their resilience, build on their existing strengths, develop healthy coping skills, establish confident boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and create meaningful, lasting change aligned with the life they want to live.
